Frequently Asked Questions

How long will you be with us?
Our general rule of thumb is to be with you for 10 hours, starting 2/3 hours before the ceremony start time to ensure we capture enough of the hair and makeup. However, this can vary depending on the day's schedule and additional hours can be added to the package if needed.Do you have a drone?
We do! And as long as the venue isn’t in a no-fly zone or the weather prohibits it we’ll try to fly it
multiple times during the day.What's the turnaround time?
Editing takes 12 to 16 weeks although your films may be delivered sooner. The process is quite extensive and we never rush an edit to ensure the highest quality. It's important to us that every wedding receives the same level of care and attention.What are the payment terms?
We require a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost in order to secure the date. The remaining 50% is required 30 days prior to the wedding day.
Should you prefer a different arrangement, we are happy to offer personalised payment plans tailored to your needs.

Everything has to work perfectly on your wedding day, and that’s why it’s important for the videographers and photographers to be perfectly in sync. We can only recommend Argentieri Studio. They have 15 years of experience, and their photos are wonderful.
